The Hub Leader Cohort is an immersive leadership experience for people ready to take that step.
You’ll learn to practice Wayfinders tools and frameworks within the places you already live and lead, whether that’s a business, church, nonprofit, ministry, or another vocational context. These tools help you strengthen purpose, discipleship, and mission within your own sphere of influence.
But becoming a Hub Leader also means looking beyond the walls of your organization. You’ll be equipped to convene leaders across your community, build meaningful collaboration, and move toward the formation of a local Chamber of Good.
It’s leadership that begins with your own practice and grows through multiplication.
The Hub Leader Cohort combines proven Wayfinders frameworks, hands-on formation, and an ongoing network of leaders who are putting these ideas into practice. Together, they equip you to lead more intentionally in your own context and begin creating greater impact beyond it.

Tools For Purpose + DIscipleship
Gain access to the Wayfinders toolkit, including Life Mapping U, Start Something Workshop, Impact Identity, and Kaleo Disciplemaking. These frameworks help you develop greater clarity, strengthen discipleship, and activate purpose within the people and organizations you lead.
Training + Activation
Move from learning the tools to putting them into practice through training, coaching, and an activation retreat. You’ll develop the skills to become both a practitioner of the Wayfinders approach and a convener who can bring other leaders together around the needs of your community.
A Network for Multiplication
Join the global Hub Leader Network for continued connection, monthly calls, and ongoing support beyond the cohort. As you grow, Wayfinders will help prepare you to build collaboration locally and move toward launching a Chamber of Good in your community.
