The Impact Studio Cohort is a six-month experience for missionally-minded leaders who are ready to move from idea to action. Wayfinders identifies and invests in leaders with promising ideas, creating an environment where they can develop what they’re building while also growing into the kind of leader who can carry it forward.
Throughout the cohort, you’ll work on more than the idea itself. You’ll develop your venture, grow as a leader, deepen your spiritual formation, and build meaningful relationships with people who are pursuing purpose alongside you.
Because starting something that lasts requires more than a good idea. It requires becoming the person who can faithfully bring that idea to life.
Impact Studio combines intentional development, practical tools, coaching, and community across three areas that help move an idea toward meaningful action. Over six months, Wayfinders invests in both what you’re building and who you’re becoming along the way.

Take your idea from possibility toward something real. Gain clarity around the problem you want to address, the people you hope to serve, and the practical steps needed to move your venture forward.
Leadership + Formating
Grow into the leader your idea needs you to become. Develop the practices, confidence, and spiritual grounding to make decisions, navigate challenges, and faithfully steward what God has placed in you.
Meaningful Relationships
Build alongside people who understand the journey. Find encouragement, honest feedback, shared learning, and relationships that help you keep moving when starting something gets difficult.
