Find your way forward.

Wayfinders helps everyday leaders discover what God has placed in them, put their purpose into action, and multiply their impact where they live and lead. Wherever you are in that journey, there’s a place to begin.

Purpose becomes powerful when it moves.

We believe every person carries a God-given calling meant to make a difference in the world around them. The Wayfinders journey helps everyday leaders move from discovering that calling to putting it into practice and ultimately helping others do the same.

MULTIPLY

Move beyond your own impact by helping others grow, bringing leaders together, and creating opportunities for shared purpose to become meaningful change across a community.

Multiply Your Impact

Choose the pathway that meets you where you are.

There’s no single starting point for becoming an everyday leader. Wayfinders offers distinct pathways for people at different stages of the journey, from exploring purpose for the first time to equipping leaders who are ready to create impact across an entire community.

  • The Starting Path

The Starting Path is for everyday leaders who sense they were made for more and want clarity about what God has placed in them. Through workshops, gatherings, and simple tools, this pathway creates space to reflect, ask honest questions, and begin taking practical steps toward purpose in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

    Find Your Path

  • Impact Studio Cohort

The Impact Studio Cohort helps missionally-minded leaders start something by turning a promising idea into meaningful action. Through a six-month experience focused on venture development, leadership, spiritual formation, and meaningful relationships, leaders gain the tools, coaching, community, and support they need to bring their idea to life and create lasting Kingdom impact.

    Take Your Step

  • Hub Leader Cohort

The Hub Leader Cohort equips leaders to multiply good by taking Wayfinders tools and frameworks beyond themselves and into the places they live and lead. Leaders learn to develop others, build meaningful collaboration, and convene people across organizations around shared purpose, creating greater impact in their communities than any one leader or organization could create alone.
